Total payable, delivered to towns and cities. Your book is posted as soon as it is printed — we aim for 7–12 working days. The count starts the day your payment reaches us, because nothing is printed before it. We confirm the date by email when the book goes to print.

Your child’s photos
Photographs of a child are personal information about a child, and South African law treats them as a special category. We ask for them only to draw your child’s illustrated character, and we ask you to confirm you are their parent or guardian before you upload anything.
They are never used to train a model, never sold, never shown to another customer, and are deleted on request or on our published retention schedule — whichever comes first.
